Katie's passion for real estate goes back to her childhood. Her mum has always worked in real estate, and Katie spent her after-school hours at her mother's office learning the ins and outs of the real estate business. Her first work experience was at that very same office where, as a teen, she was an assistant to the sales teams. Growing up in that environment ignited a permanent career interest in real estate.
In her early years, Katie worked as a marketing and transaction support manager for many top agents. With that experience, she was able to learn how to successfully manage real estate transactions, coordinate minor and major renovations, pull up real estate data, market homes effectively and deal with many contractors and professionals involved in a home sale. She received her real estate salesperson license in 2010 and has been using her extensive real estate experience to help her clients successfully sell and purchase homes since then.
Katie's diligent follow up, excellent communication skills, thoughtful approach and dedicated work ethic help her achieve record sale prices in her local market place, as well as seamlessly guide her clients through the home selling process.
